¶ Printer shows red light
¶ The printer shows red light or flashing red light is usually due to the following four conditions.
¶ 1.Flashing red light
Please press the button on the top of the printer to label-calibrate, the red light will turn into blue light.
¶ 2.Show Red Light before printing.The printer cover is not tightly closed.
Please press both sides of the cover with both hands, and press it at the same time, you will hear a click, and the red light will turn blue.
¶ 3.Can't print out and show red light.
The label file size and the printer setting label size do not match. Please check the printer setting label size.
¶ 4.Normal continuous printing, abruptly interrupted task, and show red light.
The file size is inconsistent with the printer size or the latest version of the driver needs to be installed.
