¶ How to print shipping labels with a 4 x 6 label printer
To update your Etsy settings to generate 4 x 6 shipping labels:
Only USPS shipping labels can be formatted for 4 x 6 label printers.
- Sign in to Etsy. com.
- Click the Your Account icon, then click Shop Manager.
- Click Settings.
- Click Shipping settings.
- Click Shipping Label Options.
- Select Format my labels for 4x6 Label printers.
Please note that after you change the label format to 4 x 6, only new labels will be generated correctly.
To avoid this problem, delete previously generated labels and create new ones.
¶ How to reprint a label with changes
To reprint a label that needs to be changed or updated:
- Cancel the incorrect label by requesting a refund.
- After you submit your refund request, click Print New Shipping Label.
- Enter the updated label specifications and purchase a new label.
- Click Confirm and Buy. You can send a new shipping notification to your buyer with an updated message and tracking number.
- If you have set a Ship Date for a day in the future, the shipping notification will be sent on that date.
