- You may see "Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem 0×80040004" when the app you use to open and print is not supporting the HotLabel thermal printers.
- You will need to use another app to open and print the document.

If you are printing a pdf file, please download the original Adobe Reader to print your document.
