¶ HotLabel 4×6in labels print is continuously left moving.
There are three main reasons why labels are not entirely print
¶ 1. The label is not in the middle
Please make sure the green label guides touch the edge of the label slightly to avoid label offset during printing.
¶ 2. The original page size is different from your labels
- You will need to scale the label to fit your paper.
Select Fit to printable area before printing.
Note： If the label on the print preview looks very small. You may have downloaded the A4 size page for the inkjet printer. Please download the 4×6 inches label for the shipping label printer to print.
You can also crop the page to 4×6 inches if you can not download it again.

¶ 3. Print on the free test label in the package
- The label roll provided in the printer package is 100×150mm, which is 1mm smaller than the 4×6 inches labels (101×152 mm).
- You can adjust the scale before printing to print the label in full.
