¶ Why does the printer not light up？
¶ 1. This is usually caused by poor contact during the printer's connection.

Please check for any disconnections during the connection between your power cord and the printer.

Check whether the printer's power cord is connected firmly and the switch of the printer has turned on.
¶ 2. Use the diagnostic tool to check if the printer is on and connected.
1). Click Here to download the Diagnostic Tool
2). Extract the file and open Diagnostic Tool.
3). You may need to update the windows feature. Click on Download and install.
¶ 3. After the diagnostic tool clicks 【Get status】, a green light, a gray light, and a red light appear.
¶ 1) If the diagnostic tool shows a green light, the printer has been connected normally.
¶ 2)The detection tool shows a gray light because the printer is not powered or connected.
Please repeat the first step to recheck the printer connection status.
