¶ Download diagnostic tool(Windows Only)
- Click Here to download the Diagnostic Tool
- Extract the file and open Diagnostic Tool.
- You may need to update the windows feature. Click on Download adn install.
¶ Change the Settings of the Printer
- Click on Get Status, and then Get on the right bottom
- Change the maximum length to 15 inch.
- Click on Set and restart the printer.
