What to include
To fix things in one go, please send:
- Your order number or where you bought the printer.
- The model — photo of the sticker on the bottom of the printer (which model?).
- Your computer's OS (Windows 11, macOS 14…).
- A photo or short video of the problem — the light, the printed label, the error message.

Warranty
All HotLabel printers carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Remote assistance is free for as long as you own the printer.
