Which HotLabel model do I have?
Find your model name and work out whether you need the HotLabel driver or the older 4BARCODE driver.
Find the model name
Turn the printer over. The sticker on the bottom shows the model (HL-S8, HL-M6, HL-M9, HL-M9HD or HL-A300) and the serial number. Our team may ask you for a photo of this sticker when you contact support.

Which driver?
HotLabel switched drivers in February 2023. The quickest way to tell which one your printer uses is the name it shows on your computer:

Driver USB stick
Every printer ships with a small USB stick containing the driver, a diagnostic tool and a sample label. Everything on it is also on the Downloads page, so it's fine if you've lost it.
