Set the label format

1. Sign in to Etsy and open Shop Manager.
2. Settings → Shipping settings → Shipping label options.
3. Select Format my labels for 4 × 6 label printers.

Only new labels use the new format — labels you created earlier stay in the old size. Cancel and re-create any pending labels.

Reprinting a label with changes

1. Request a refund for the incorrect label to cancel it.
2. Click Print new shipping label, enter the updated details and purchase.
3. Confirm. You can send the buyer a new notification with the updated tracking number.
